i took apart the headlights and everythign was going good until i got to the part of taking apart the lens half. how do u get that chrome thing serperate from the lens itself?

i took out the 2 philips screws and when i try to take it apart it seems stuck in the corner. how did u guys get by that part?

I had the same problem but i just yanked it out real hard. You just gotta try to move around and use some force to pull it out.

Rotate the wide half of the chrome piece upward and out. Be careful you don't get any of the goo on the chrome piece.

well, i got it out but the black goo got on the chrome in a couple places, its got like 3 chrome dots that u cant really notice unless u look close. i'm starting on my 2nd headlight now, hopefull the samethign wont happen

i finally finished, the light looks nice. i hope i sealed them up good enough so they wont fog up... i used a ton of silicone
