Just pull....? What pull the boot off the ebrake. The ebrake is 100% different from the 2001 and the 2002.

I am assuming that the center concel (sp?) must be removed and then somehow remove the ebrake......but i am unsure about that.

are you not talking about the handle? cause if you are it is exactly the same handle and you take it off exactly the same.

The 2003 e-brake is totally different from 01 & 02. I mut a MOMO e-brake handle on my 03, you have to measure the handle where you need to cut it at and cut it around the handle, and and down to the button. Then just pull it off.It will be metal underneath, and you just screw your replacement on.Besides if you mess up, the replacement rubber handle isnt that much $$$ from the dealership.
