Gauge mounted in air vent?

I know a few of you have done this. I was wondering where you got the plastic to put over the vent and how you cut it to fit in. I wanted to use black plastic of some kind but don't knwo where to find it or how to make it stay in place.

Ok, Omegablue2k1 originally made it. Made out of plastic cd cover. With dremel tools.
