m3 mirrors
For power windows
1. Removing the tweeters:
1. Pull on them until they snap off, you can leave them dangling, they shouldn't get in your way
2. Uninstalling the mirror:
1. get a 6mm wrench(If I remeber right) and remove the 3 nuts from the mounting base of the mirrors, the bottom one can be kinda tricky but you can hold it in the wrench while you take it out (balance is key)
2. unclip the electronics from the mirror, the clip will still hold the mirror and thats why I saved this for last.
3. Wiring:
1. remove the end from the factory wires that come up through the door
2. strip each wire: M3's and the original factory one in the door
3. twist 2 of the wires together and test the controls on your power window switch. Do this until you move the arrows on the control and the mirror will function accordingly.
4. a) repeat step 3 until you have it functioning correctly and mark down on a piece of paper which wires go with which, then untwist the wires and pull them through the hole for them in the door
b) sodder the wires together
5. after you figure out the which wires go with which, you can do the second mirror with ease
2.Reinstall:
reverse steps 1. and 2.
Hope you understand, if you have any questions feel free to ask

I just installed mine this weekend. I also had to get new screws for the mirrors since the stock were too small. I am happy with them, but noticed that the faster I go, the louder the wind can be heard in the opening on the mirror. Thats ok, I just turn my stereo up louder is all.

I just hooked mine up to the front head light blinkers with a splicer, just make sure you get the parking light and blinker wires correct. Not that hard if you pay attention to the wiring.
