your warranty is not allowed to be voided just because you mod your car unless a mod is the direct cause of something failing.

and last I heard around here they have aftermarket stuff for everything you listed.

About the grinding, I'm hoping that by switching to Cap Yoda's aluminum bushings, my shifting will encounter less problems than I have now, mainly dealing with 1st and 2nd gear.

If you have the clutch to the floor and your grinding into gear, its probably the syncros. If you didn't put a clutch in or mess with your tranny / shift assembly (short shifter etc) then it will be covered. They can't deny you warranty on your tranny for putting an exhaust on...
good luck.

Mine don't grind, I can just feel them if I shift fast, If I shift slow and resonable I can't feel them at all. Do you have a short shifter, cause that will make you feel them even more.

Tell the dealership to kiss you where the sun dont shine. They have to cover it unless you modded the tranny. There is a law, I have the paperwork to prove it. If you have a speed shop, rim shop etc. in your area. Im sure they can give you a legal copy of the law. Thats where I got mine.

Same thing was going on with my car. It was the synchros. I got them fixed by the dealer under warranty. Also a clinking noise when making a right hand turn in second gear is a broken gear thingy that honda dealers got a bulletin for. Get it checked out and get it repaired cuz the grinding will only get worse, up to the point when it'll grind all the time no matter what.

i acn tell you that it is the synchro that is grinding. the reason that it is grinding is that you bent the third gear shift fork ever so slightly. i know this because i ripped third one day just a bit too fast. hope you can get it fixed under warranty. mine was long gone when that happened. i just got a junk yard trans with only 2k on it for five bills. good luck.

You have to go to honda america and complain to them and i gurentee they will call the dealership and tell them they have to cover the work because it is true that a cold hair and exhaust is not going to effect your trans at all, Im having a similar problem with 2nd gear and im going to take my car in soon, im just debating wether or not to pt my stock airbox back on and take off my other "toys" as well.
