Door won't close tight. Warranty Q?

I have a question concerning the driver's side door. I think it is getting loose or something. I have been hearing wind noise from the edge of the door since the first day the car was bought. But the noise is getting louder recently. So, I took some time checked the door today and I found out the driver's door is distorted for about 5mm compare to the rear door. (See picture) I think it won't be hard to fix the problem if I take it to the dealership. The question is does it cover by warranty? How about labour? If they are gonna charge high, how hard for me to fix it?
Thank you!

If you are under the 3 year 36,000 . . yes. . it will be covered parts and labor. . Unless it's the result of something you did . . Like an accident, or a mod or something. .

If parts and labor are covered, that would be great! It has never been in any accident or anything. Weired! Don't know why since I have been treated the car very nicely. Maybe because that's the "most frequently opened" door. Whatever, I will get it fixed next Tue.
Thank you so much!

yeah, it should be covered by the warranty. hey, did you get your vic from pacific honda? anyway, if you did, they're pretty nice, but if you need work done under the warranty, you're their absolute LAST priority for their service center, so book now

btw, know of any good exhaust places in san diego? i need to get some custom piping made.... (oh yeah, tint shop, too)

Oh! I didn't get it from Pacific Honda (their cars always have a narrow strip sticker on both sides). I got it from Cush, so I have useless door guards on doors to protect other cars.) I like the service center at PacHon and I actually know one of their service advicers!!! So I have everything setup and I will be there on Tuesday! hahahaaa Mine has Ferio tails

Hahaa.... I was thinking the same thing too. I was just lazy. And now they keep all the dirt inside the plastic things (if you see the pic closely) Hmm... maybe I should reconsider taking them off some time
