Reseting SRS Light.....

Hey everyone, I read the DIY on how to reset the SRS light on our civics, my Maintainence Required light is permanately on and I really want to turn it off. I was just curious to know where you can get the MES (Memory Erase Signal) connector and the SCS Service Connector. I mean, can I just go to radio shack or something and ask them for a 2 pin connector, would that work? I know i can just use a paper clip in place of the SCS Service Connector.

This works great to reset the SRS but not to reset the Maintainence Required light. Read the manual it should tell you how to do it.

I fixed it by reading the owners manual, I had to reset my SRS light several times before I realized it wasn't going to work.

maintenence light is holding down the trip button(odometer button) before you start your car, i think for 10 seconds.

SRS light you can use a bent in half paper clip and follow the DIY
