that looks sick! make the DIY, someone along the road will want to know how to do this... and if get projectors, it may be me.
krazy glue and a LOT of fcukin patience.... takes forever! finishing up my 2nd one.. ill drive around with my lights on to see if they will unstick, and no, they will probably not melt.. i had to go to work super ghetto-style... one stock and one projector lol

i have done it.. street glow wires into my TYC projectors.
i DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.
#1 opening headlights and resealing them airtight is hard
#2 street glow neon wires do not light up as brightly as i hoped
#3 the transformer to wire connector is pretty shitty... one my mine disconnects after driving over a few bumps.
#4 after having it for about 6 months i have disconnected both becuase one stopped working. the wiring is still around the projector.
the radioshack LED method will be much brighter. but the risk of having them not work after say 6 months is not worth it.
i do admit it was sick as hell looking at night

yours look pretty good. is that with the lowbeam on or off? on the TYC i put the streetglow neon wire around the highbeam, still the "angeleye" wasnt bright enuff to be seen at night with all the street lights and such.
it was cool as hell to see them blink when arming and disarming my alarm though.

mine fog up now cuz i ran out of time and i didnt put sealant... whats sad is that my left one (left one in the pic that is) used to fog up and i reasealed and only the left one still fogged up... i take them apart and put them back together and it rained... only the left one fogged up again... damn
