sure. making a kit works like this...
first you need a mold:
you strip the car down, and replace the bumpers with foam blocks (yeah, you can use whatever actually, it's just filler...)
on top of that filler you use your prefered sculpting medium, options include:
Clay
latex
utrethane
plaster
bondo
(anything that works like these materials; in that it can be added on and sculpted)
once you've sculpted your new body pieces, you remove the "scuplture" from the car (if you used foam blocks, you could bolt/unbolt them to the bumper brackets.)
next, use your prefered mold building compound (latex, urethane, etc) to pull a negative mold from your sculpture...
now u've got a mold and can make kit parts!
fill the mold with urethane, (urethane and gauze), fiberglass, uro-kev, etc...
and now take that out, and you've got a part!

i've left alot of pieces out, because exactly HOW you do this, depends on what materials you're using for sculpting and making the mold...
if you're actually serious about this, PM me for whatever info you need, i'm not great at looking back at threads i've posted too...
