Thanks, Shishpanik

I just ordered and received Hondata intake gasket, Dcrh, and the Greddy EVO2 exhaust. Already installed is the Cai, and it had the Hondata reflash. Looking forward to getting the rest of the mods on and the Si on the Dyno.

Here is the dcrh:

OoOoOoOoO....4-2-1. That's awesome. That intake gasket is awesome bang for the buck. I hear the hondata reflash works great with all the regular boltons. Are you gonna invest in something else? I can't wait till more parts are availabe for the ex, cause I really want to build my car up but I only have a cold air intake as of now. Im jealous though your car probably sounds (and drives) amazingly.

could someone explain to me what youmean by intake gasket? are we talking about a throttle body spacer? because i thought intake gasket normally meant the gasket from the intake manifold to the head wich wouldn't make sense to upgrade...

Yeah its the same thing, and for 50$ the hondata intake gasket adds about 5 hp because there's significantly less heat loss.

Does anyone experience heat problems affecting the hood paint with these headers? I'm not implying they should, just asking. I know some of the older Preludes had that problem. With the old muscle cars that I am familiar with, the headers sat so low, sometimes with heat sinks, it wasn't a problem at all (that and asbestos blankets on the hood underside).
