removing stock seats
are there any issues with removing stock seats that have heated seats and side air bags, regarding dash warning lights coming on, etc?.
I want to put in race seats.
also looking for carbon fibre hood. ('05 rsx type s)

If you pull them out, your going to light up your SRS light because the airbags and seatbelts are disconnected. Look around the fourms at clubrsx.com for a workaround to the issue.

i think the important wires can stay connected without even the seat being there. so you should be fine with srs, so long as the new seat uses the old seatbelt buckle (most quality brands do). the SIDE SRS light will be on tho because those you can't plug in. but like triz says there should be a fix for that to fool the computer to think they are plugged in. or buy a cluster without side srs light, or put a piece of tape behind the icon.
