i have 2004 honda civic just got it and it needs new struts cuz it rides hard, already has adjustable coilovers and stock struts on it want it to ride nice and low so what kind of struts should i get want to spend around 400 to 500 pls help

Koni yellows, tokico blue/hts, or bilstein shocks is what I would recommend.
