Sup all my name is Connor, I am 17 from New York, I bodybuild, I'm a web developer, and currently work two jobs (sales rep and web development) and run 2 websites (both health/fitness related, www.skwatz.com and www.lifting-routines.com

Trading in my 06 mustang GT conv for either a civic or a tC for the gas mileage jump. (right now on my stang in NY I'm getting 18mpg combined and I'm not going to be able to afford that for me longer lol..) So I'm going to go out and test drive today...

if I got either I would add:

lowering springs
dark tint (not sure N.Y. law but as damn dark as it can get)
sports muffler (not obnoxious)
if I got the civic probably some bolt on to up the hp and torque

I'm looking for some picts of lowered civics in comparison to stock civics if anyone has them

yeah just drive them first and see how it feels. i dont like the newer civic interior at all and would prolly go with the tc if i had to buy a new car now.

Welcome. Since ur here, obviouly I will recomend a Civic in the longer and better run. Possibilities with civics are absolutely endless, there are tons of different brands everyday making same kinds of products for civics.

This isn't even a competition, I would pick the tC without even having to think about it. I don't know much about the 8th generation Civics but I know the tC kicks the hell out of the 7th generation. 4 wheel disc brakes instead of drums in the rear, higher horsepower numbers and far better looks. Plus here in Canada they're extremely rare because they were illegal until July 1 2008 when our bumper laws got harmonized with the USA. I've only seen 3 here in my life, all in the last year. Kind of like the Evo VIII, there's less than 30 in Canada.
