1st to 2nd gear teqnique..?

1st to 2nd gear teqnique..? Hey guys im new to the scene and have a 06 coupe si. i love the car but was wondering how should i shift from 1st at around 8k rpm to 2nd gear in the vtec powerband without having that jarring wheelhop and redline for a while going to 2nd gear?
