low Budget

Hey just wondering some cheap ways to improve performance to my 95 honda civic ex manual... i cant spend that much money so any small things i could buy or do to improve horse power or the way it rides. thanks

get rid of extra weight, buy lighter rims and tires, intake, header, exhaust, stuff like that.

Well you pay for what you get. Cheap prices = cheap products. If you cannot afford the price of quality parts then stay stock. But a good way to improve anything is to keep up with maintenance parts, i.e. oxygen sensors, air filters, transmission fluid, oil changes, throttle body cleaning, etc.

those respond pretty well to basic bolt on parts but dont expect to much in gains from it.

The tornado thing that you put in your intake tube! They swear it gives you like 12hp and improves your gas mileage! I think those are hilarious.
