I do believe my actuator is the problem however my driver's side door is in locked mode and cannot be opened to access the actuator. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!!!!!

you cant open it from the inside or outside with the handles or the key?

I cannot open the door with the handles or the key---the master lock on the driver door will make the buttons move and you can also move it manually however it does not open!

Never heard of that happening. What would you even do in this situation? I suppose the only thing you could do would be take a Dremel to the door panel to get at the mechanism to try and free it up.

Jumping through the window is fun when you are 5'3 like me, but I cant imagine some of you guys doing that at 6 feet. Watch the head, god knows I didnt my first time.
