100k km maintenance

hi guys! im soon approaching 100k km and i was wondering what maintenance should i do? i heard about the Timing Chain and water pump, but i'm not quite sure,i've done some research and nobody's telling the same god damn thing,can someone please light me up? by the way i'm driving a 2006 Civic Lx with the 1.8L

Chain = lifetime unless noisy.

Water pump if it starts leaking.

At that age.... brake fluid (every 3 years) coolant, ATF fluid histories ?? Spark plugs.

forgot to mention it has a 5 speed manual transmission, i'll go on and check the sparkplugs and fluids then , thanks mate!
