To anyone else who experiences problems with front coilover springs binding and popping, what grease do you recommend for the bearing mounts? I can't exactly remember what I used last time but I used the last of it already.

The grease I used before to stop the binding lasted about 6 months... is that typical? Or is there a grease out there that will last much longer? Whatever it was that I used before worked very well while it lasted. But it's a pain to drop the springs down every couple of months for a simple lube job...

I have TEIN Street Basis coilovers. They come with two anodized bearing plates, but no actual roller bearing. Do you think that thrust bearing kit would fit in between the plates? Those bearings would need lubricated as well and I'm assuming with the same product?
