Car started hesitating. Opened the hood and just happened to see this:


Changed the belts and everything is fine now. Been about 40K since a belt change, guess I should check a little more often. lol

I changed the belts on my Corolla after 60k, so don't feel so bad. Mine didn't snap though. Guess it's better have it go while you're still in the driveway though. Haha.

Damn man thats pretty bad and ya its time for a belt change. Ah dont worry I have seen worse than that. A buddy of mine has a 94 ex and we was going up a mountain at night and his car died on him and the first thing I thought was the alternator cause his car lights got dimmer and dimmer till it cut off. So we I went to look at the belt and it was the same size as the part of your belt on the left . Ya there was only that much left.

Naw. Just old and worn. That compressor wingnut was kind of a bitch tho. lol.
