1999 Civic air compressor
Hi All,
I searched the threads but could not find any information on my problem.
The air compressor sounds like it is grinding, skipping. I Think it is the air compressor as it is the forward-most bottom mounted belt driven thingy at the front the engine. Sounds like, geeeerrr, clack, clack.
Air conditioning still works, no lost of power, but almost sounds like a diesel truck. If I remove the belt I know I will lose A/C, but can't afford to replace parts right now.
Is this a solution?
Any help would be appreciated.
sincerely,
michel
