Transmission Fluid

Whats the best kind of tranny fluid to use in a 2002 civic lx 4dr? Its got kinda high mileage too.

honda atf from the dealer. or any normal mtf, it doesnt have to be honda.

Im using Amsoil MTF in my manual tranny now. Noticed a HUGE difference from the previous fluid. However, the previous fluid had 45,000 miles on it so Honda MTF also would have made a huge difference.

So there's all sorts of opinions on to flush or not. I had it flushed two years ago and shifting improved quite a bit. Although my tranny was overhauled once before and didn't have gunk in it. And i plan on doing it again soon. My question is when a flush is performed does it flush the cooling lines and the magnet?
