NO fuel! HELP PLEASE!

NO fuel! HELP PLEASE!
The car will not start and after doing everything I could think of I pulled the fuel lines off the fuel rail and tried to turn it over and no fuel came out the lines. I recently upgraded the fuel pump and i can hear it working ( a slight wine before I start the car). It has been working fine until this point. Does anyone have any ideas what might be causing this??
