my motor is a B16A and it seems to have a rough idle sometimes and after i have been driving at higher rpms, or like on the highway or something, ill pull up to a light after the highway and it seems as if the car is not getting enough fuel or it is getting too much fuel and it wants to sputter out. That mainly happens through 1st 2nd and 3rd, im going to take a look at the injectors, the fuel pump and im going to replace the fuel filter and see what happens.

check the fuel pressure to make sure its within spec. also look at the air intake system and see if any of the idle valves on the throttle body are dirty.

turns out the idle valve isn't hooked up, my guess is its something with the fuel
