Transmission problem

Hi there guys, im new to this forum, and im searching desperately for help. I have a Honda Civic 200 EX automatic and I bought it like 5 months ago, used. The car seemed like it was in great shape but then in the first months it was leaking transmission oil so they fixed that but now I think my transmission is bad.

Symptoms:

When I driving and the car shifts you feel like its not smooth like if it was pulled or something I don't know if I explained right

When I'm slowing down example: when I reach a light, the shifts go down but not smoothly sometimes it says like in the same shift for longer and then it like pushes you. People that I ride can't notice it but I've been driving it for a while so I feel that.

Also this car was repaired yesterday , they changed the transmission mounts both of them and one motor mount.

Any suggestion?? I can't keep paying that much , yesterday I spent 400 and the people from the transmission World didn't know what it had, they said they have to charge me 290 for checking it because they have to pull it down.

I found this on the internet,

Automatic transmission: Automatic transmission may shift harshly due to contaminated linear shift solenoid. Fix includes repeated fluid changes plus installation of a new solenoid. (1996-2000)

what do you guys think ? what should I do? I know nothing about cars
