Angry Raised fuel consumption

Where to look for problems if my 96 Civic has about 10 l per 100 km gas mileage. The car has 177 thousand km. Some sugestions?

the most common problem with bad gas mileage is a faulty o2 sensor, and if yours have never been replaced then i'd start there. also check out your air filter.
