Basic maintenance issues

I need to change the spark plugs in my 2000 Civic DX Sedan. Can someone tell me what the plug gap is supposed to be and also how far to tighten the plug once its sitting snug? I've done this before, but my owner's manual has been stolen and I can't remember if it was 1/2, 3/4 or a full rotation.

Also, I want to replace the distributer cap and rotor. Is this a relatively simple task that one can do with a modest assortment of tools?

Thanks!
