I'm holding off doing the carbon-flush with SeaFoam until around 50k. I bought my car used, but it seemed to be well maintained.
I used to use fuel injector cleaners in my old integra, and they worked well.
What drop-in fuel treatments do you guys like?

they aren't, what are you doing to your car to make it need additives? unless you're surprised that your car has made it as far as it has, additives won't do squat, its just a sugar pill. I refuse to put any of that garbage in my car.

some addatives are better than others. and everyone (even those who use premium) can benefit from using a cleaner addative into your fuel every so often.
and no, don't use premium unless your car requires it. it does more harm than good. SOME premium gas (like chevron) puts a bit more addatives in to help keep the system a bit more clean, but it's not worth it, as putting premium in a car that doesn't require it is counter-productive to the cleaning agents.
anyways, here's a bunch of info for you too.
