Looking for a 7th gen serpentine belt DIY
Re: Looking for a 7th gen serpentine belt DIY
Think I answered my own question. This thread has all the steps you need to remove them: https://www.civicforums.com/forums/1...t-upgrade.html
My only concern is making sure I tension them properly. I've seen a few belt tensioning tools. Does anyone know what the tension rating is on these is?

Just don't forget. Your better off to err on the side of loose than tight.. if you don't have it tight enough you just tigthen it a bit more... if it's too tight you won't know until the bearing in your alternator is toast.
