DYI: Installing Walbro 255

Installing Walbro 255 Fuel Pump!

Tools needed:
Phillips head screwdriver
Hamer
Flat head screwdriver
Saw or Dremmal tool




1) remove back seat to expose fuel pump assembly
2) Remove top plate:




3) using hammer and flat tip screw driver loosen the ring on the fuel pump:







4) Remove Fuel Pump:




5) Disassymble fuel pump assymbly and remove old fuel pump
*difference in fuel pumps Walbro silver Stock gold*







6)Cut a small nouch out of the rear of the fuel pan for a few hoese:







7) Cut top off old fuel pump assymbly and insert fuel pump:




8)Assemble Fuel pump assembly:







NOTE WRAP THE NEW HOUSE ON OUTSIDE OF THE ASSEMBLY! Makes it easier to get back in the tank.
