I'm hooked on Autocross!! :)
So I went to my fist autoX today. Wow! What a great event!..Unfortunately, I couldn't run; my front tires were almost wasted. However, I did take lots of pics. The weather kept changing and it would rain here and there sporadically; but for the looks around, everyone was having a great time. From the cars, to the affable crowd, to the food, organization and safety of the people in charge, the meeting was simply awesome. I can't wait to return and try a course. And of course the pics will be coming soon..

Homestead Miami Speedway hommie; see the background behing the orange Elise? Remember I said I was going? Too bad I couldn't race that day, but I still had an awesome time. A super friendly crowd full of car junkies

I've allways said, the hardest part about autocross is competing for the 1st time. :P
but be aware, its a bit of a gate way drug.... soon you'll find your self having asprerations of Club Racing.

The next event is the 23rd of this month; if everything goes well I should compete, but on stock tires though 
who knows, maybe it's better that way..I can imagine myself knocking down cones already..
ZZyxz, for the track, would you recommend removing the front USB to induce oversteer?

Eventually yes, your going to probably reduce its effectiveness or even remove it, but for now leave it on.
