03/04 Crash Bolts

I picked up 4 of the so-called service strut bolts listed as alternates for the 03/04 coupe/sedan. They're still 16mm on either end but stepped down to 14 in the middle where they go through the knuckle. Maybe the 14s where too highly stressed to reduce any further for crash bolts, so Honda upped the strut bolts to 16 for the 03/04s? Dunno.

My half-assed geometry calculations indicate that two bolts should be good for a hair over 1 degree of negative camber, provided they don't slip of course. Can anybody give me the torque specs for the 14 and the 16? I still need to get a manual...

The 14s are 110 ft-lbs. The 16s might be a little more, I don't know. But you'll be better off adding a couple extra lbs to make sure they hold in place.

Thanks for the info; I'll give em a bit extra to keep things in place.
