Hey I'm new! Hey everyone I'm new to this forum, looks pretty cool. I have a 96 black civic Ex. I got lots of mods on it. I need some help on where to find a nice hood thats NOT caron fiber, that looks somewhat unique in its style. I have been looking for a while and can't find one anywhere! Either fiberglass of metal it doesnt matter and it would be nice if it was functional. Ill Try and get some pics of it on sometime soon if anyones interested.

Response Hey, I took a look at your car, i like it. I bet the system sounds good, by the way that was a tight box from what i couold tell was it fiberglass? I'm going to be putting some pics of mins on here soon once i figure out how to use the site better.

if your not too picky about what kind of material your hood is made of i would say just buyt some scops you like and fiberglass them onto the stock hood. i shoudl turn out pretty nice is you take your time with it. and welcome to the site.

Rep Power: 607 no hood for our cars are functional unless you get a vented hood and you are boosted. Other than that, hoods are for show.

Rep Power: 0 By the way i want everyone to know that CAR SHOWS IN ARKANSAS SUCK they suck very bad... very diorganized... my freind had his Civic out there white.. 97 jdm carbon fiber lip on front hood and trunk tricked out system fibered all up and interior spotless with ghost flames and black racing rims with chrome lip bright reddish OJ color on his calipars.. total JDM engine as well. ok they judged it as a EURO!!! in the same class as a PT cruiser as well... Last time i checked PT cruiser was not a euro and civic?? i mean i asked one of the judges u know what JDM is and he was like a rim?.... thats sad when u cant depend on a judge to know what JDM is let alone spell it... why waste peoples time and money when u cant even have a knowing judge or a good organization... it just pisses me off.. i would have put mine in... but my tranny cracked and is in ship until tuesday... meantime i drive the V6 2004 accord CPE.. i feel like im going in slow motion!!!!
