Rattle sound from rear seat belt

Rattle sound from rear seat belt
Hi,
This is regarding my brand new 04 that I got in october 2004. It's been around 8 months and I drove 5500 miles on it. I have gone through this website and it has lots of information about the defects and stuff. Lately I am hearing a kind of rattle sound from the back seat portion. On rough roads and bumps it gets kind of really annoying. I took it to the dealer and he says that he can also hear that sound and it's coming from the rear seat belt portion. He says that can't be fixed. For everthing and anything that they can't fix he says it kind of normal in honda civic's. The car is still under warranty. Could some one please advice me on what has to be done in such a case.
