Head lights

I have a 2003 Civic. How do I remove the passenger head light assembly. I need to replace the turn signal light bulbs.

Turn the steering wheel all the way to the left and peel back the fender lining.. That's how the manual tells you to replace those bulbs.. Otherwise, you have to remove the bumper
