www.daytime-running-lights.com for the turn signals. looks sweet imo and is really the only alternative for you. hid bulb cant be used as drl or hi beam (unless its bixenon but still cant be used for hi beam). Btw, these are considered REAL drl by nhsta and most insurance give a discount.

Not really.....It senses the UV level and determine whether low beam should turn on....Two cases can be use, where (1) ON only when UV level is low and the headlight is at "ON" position, or (2) ON when UV level is low and and the low beam (and parking lights) are turned on no matter where the headlight position is.....I think of sensing UV because no light is sending out UV wave except sunlight...I know there are kits to do it but thinking how to make one.....

oh, i'm not really into that. easier to just turn the switch and i like to be able to decide what to turn on when. the grand am i drove had something like that and i hated it. there was no off mode, only auto and on.

I think BMW has the same thing too....IMO it just sucks....But I am working on this with another EIT basically due to its wide variety of application...May be just having fun, you know..

UV or light? I think the system just uses a photo-sensor.

BTW, take them off. They're more of a distraction IMO.

depends. my old catz kit was hi low in stock housing. for the hi beam the bulb would stay the same but just pop back in the housing to shine farther up. worked well too
