i've seen a benz like this, i've had the luxury of being in front of this car twice at night, and it sucks ***, i try not to look at it, it just hurts my eyes its so purple

Rep Power: 0 Its not thats its 12,000K that makes it hard to look at, its that its full of glare and seemingly not aimed. Its illegal if anything, because of the way its setup, it'll blind oncoming drivers becaues it basically just a ball of purple light.
Thats the problem w. aftermarket HIDs, they rely on the individual purchasing them to alter the housing or aim the HIDs in some way so that they seem stock/street-legal. Usually they just aim them in a way that gets them the most road coverage, at the expense of other drivers vision.
