Bulbs different colors... HELP!

I have an XTEC 4500K H4 kit and have had it since mid to late February. I noticed a couple of weeks ago that one of the bulbs has turned more of a purple/white, as opposed to blue/white. Is this normal? I've seen the term "color shift" used here, but, I'm not exactly sure if this "color shift" has happened to me.

I don't mind the change in color, but, I would like my other bulb to switch over too.

Like any HID bulb, the salts in your bulb are being used after time and are color shifting. The term color shift is, I'm going to be really short here 'cause I have to leave, after 100 hours of use, the HID bulb is now fully/properly broken in. The salts will discolor slightly and there will be more color coming from the bulb. There is nothing wrong with this, just a little less light output, a little more color.

Your other bulb will probably shift in a little bit. That's weird that one shifted but the other didn't...
