9003 HID kit?
is there one or will i need to do a retrofit?
my brother found one for his accord which are 9006.
also, are 9003 and H4 the same bulb?

9003 is H4 i believe. what you can do is instead of buying a kit get OEM equipment. not a retrofit, but oem equipment. you will need to buy:
D2S Bulbs (www.hidplanet.com sells it for $75 for a pair)
Ballasts
Caspers H4 shield
wiring harness
then you install all of that into a car that uses H4 bulbs and voila! HID low beam with minimal glare.
