Xtec HID fuse?

I relocated my HID ballasts behind my bumper today and noticed the fuse (circled in red) missing in one of them. the HID's still light up fine but will this shorten the life of the bulb? Do i need to replace it?

well, you can always wire the hid with a relay, depends on how u wire it, the stock headlight fuses will also act as an extra surge protection.
either way, i don't think its a big deal if you cannot find the replace fuse.
