Best bulbs around $40

Im lookin for the brightest lights around 40. My damn Nokias keep burning out, probly because i have projectors... but im just wondering wat u think

Save money for HIDs.

There really isn't any bulb brighter than your stock halogen bulbs unless you bump up your wattage, but then that's only asking for trouble.

How much do HID's cost? Also, if i bump up my wattage will it have a better chance of heating up and burning out quicker?

if you get higher wattage bulbs then your harness will fry.
