convert front parking light into signal?

I was thinking of converting the small round parking light into a turn signal that only comes on when signaling. Then I would have the big 7443 just stay on with the parking lights (white bulb). I was thinking I could use a 194 five way led bulb like in the sidemarkers, but I'm not sure if it would be bright enough.

This way, I'll have white hid and the stock clear yellowish white light in the corner bulbs when lights are on. Then when I signal, amber sidemarkers and the small parking light will work. So I only have orange color when signaling.

you'll have to splice a lot of wires and custom fit some stuff to make it work the way that i'm seeing it.

Well it's just a matter of switching wires. Cut turn wire and route to signal, and same with the parking wire to the signal. It's a two wire swap. I think I'm gonna try it. I like the look of stock clear parking light, but I don't want a white turn signal.

Doesnt sound very hard too me... All it requires is too sodder some wires. Then find an orange bulb too fit the parking like bulb size (forgot the #)

anyways... Will probably look cool But, also, the little parking light may not be bright enough. It will of course be blinking but, from far away, do you think people will notice it?

Do what Im doing, remove the parking light haha

I think it will be more noticable than the 7443 blinking when the lights are on. You can barely tell. I think the sidemarkers are fairly bright, so I ordered the same 5 led 194 bulb. We'll see how it looks. Oh and I think you meant tap not solder, oh wait maybe that's me.

OMG worst idea ever. I got all cut up and completely destroyed both fender guards plus chopped up all the wiring. It worked, but the 194 was too dim. I put everything back to stock and now just running stock clear bulbs in the sidemarkers and signals. Forget leds it's not worth it.
