HID problem

One of my HID bulbs doesn't completely turn on. When I turn my headlights on it seems like is gonna turn on for a second but doesn't.

I swapped the bulbs (passenger to driver and viceversa) and the faulty bulb now does the same on the other side, so basically the ballast should be fine.

Anybody knows how this can be fixed?

well of course if there is no way of fixing this then I will buy a new bulb, but I am just asking if there is a way to fix it, maybe by installing something

Road bumps wouldnt do that because HID bulbs dont have filamint? SP (damn im tired) (something only halogen bulbs have).

anyways, since you checked both sides, you realized that it is the bulb, not the ballasts, so, you obviously need new bulbs

actually it is so difficult to give some advice, `cuz would be better to know what du use, brand, bulb type etc. But as some1 mention above, check all connections, try to illuminate possible failure and make sure that everything connected to the right end.
