What brand of bulbs come w/ TYC Projectors?

Hey guys,

While driving at night, a thought came to me about what kind of bulbs came with my black TYC projectors. The headlights are pretty bright, although I considered upgrading to some Sylvania.

But what is the quality of the bulbs that came with the TYCs? Are they a brand name? Anyone know how long they'll last? Hope to hear some good comments. Thanks!

the bulbs that come with TYC are regular halogen bulbs. $5 at any auto parts store.

The stock bulbs from any stores suck ***, you're just better by picking up a set of MTEC's from ebay or IMPULSE from this site.

I agree with gearbox, the stock bulbs are brighter then most hyper white bulbs and what not. I went back to them and are way better.

Yet if I had the money I would go HID

I know that, I am not stupid, but to make it clearer for you, I agree with what gearbox used to say about halogen bulbs being brighter then hyper white bulbs.
