relays?

well im planning on hooking up some relays to serve my purpose...

i just put some neon rings in my headlights, and trying to figure out what amp rating i should get the relays...

heres what i wanna do, i know how to wire them up, just not what rating i should get, tap the parking light so the rings are on when a switch and the parking lights are on, easy... then put another relay in so that when the headlights are on, the rings shut off, easy.. but what amp rating should i use? i plan on running both set of rings on the same circuit, so only 2 relays would be required

and no they arent blue.. they are purple.. cause i used a UV cold cathode kit

so when im reading this relay...
4 and 3 is going to be an uninterruped power source on a switch such as a light circuit correct?

now that means position 5 is always on no matter what, until a current goes through 3-4?
or is it the other one?

position 5 will be on when current goes btwn 3 and 4. otherwise, position 2 will be on.

that squiggly line will pull the switch towards it when current goes through it

u sure thats right? i cracked open the relay, and it seems to be the exact opposite of what you said...

the relay will have 5 hot, until a current goes throught 3,4 then 2 will go hot...
