What is the best Rear Fog light solution?

If you have ever seen a merc or audi with the bright red rear fog, it helps drivers see you through the heavy rain or fog. it reduces chances of rear end collisions. I think it looks trick.
Yeah and you could also hook it up to your reverse lights so you could see where you were going when backing up. that would look awesome man, If you could get that molded in to your bumper or something.
