I am looking into ordering some PIAA Spark Blue Bulbs for my 2004 Honda Civic. However I am a little confused, so I thought I would get an answer from someone on here. I did do a search but found nothing..

After looking in the '04 Manual I saw the following:
HI: HB3
LO: HB4

I wanted the bulbs for my low beams (hb3). I was looking at them off of Autodynamic.com, and this is the closet size I could find..

So my question is, will these fit? Is HB4, HB3 the same size as the HB they are refering to here?

Yes. For the 04s, low beams are 9006 and highs are 9005.
