Rep Power: 0 DIY : Double Neon Angel Lights
this is way brighter then the LED angel lights I donno how long it will last but dam rite it looks good
With just Ring on
with Ring on, lowbeam on
with Ring off, lowbeam on
so here's a DIY
I used four of this Roung Cold Cathode Fan neon lights by Sunbeamtech all had diameter of 80mm and you can find it in the computer store
since computer parts and our car uses same 12v there wont be any problems with converting voltages this kit includes a fan(not needed), neon, switch(not needed) wires, and inverter
I used four of this neons
first take your bumper off and so as your headlight
take your headlight apart and you will have this part on your hand
screw off the original LED angel light
drill a small holes into red dots
cut off four edges of plastic cover to make it round
put the neon ring on, get the wiring out to the back and hold the ring with wires
now you are done with the lowbeam light now for the high beam light,
drill two holes on highbeam/daylight which will be used to hold the rings
put the neon rings without the plastic cover
put back the headlights, seal it and connect it to the inverter
do the wiring and you are ready to rock

Rep Power: 0 ^^ theres some DIY of taking the head light apart in this site if you search
inverter is a thing that changes low voltage(12v) to high voltage(620v) which will light up the neons. it's included in the kit.

Rep Power: 356 Nice I did that with T1 11,000 MCD LEDS and wired another set over the high beams just like you did. The neon is way brighter. The only way we could get it that bright without neon is if we found some way to use fiber optics like BMW's. Looks good!

Thats really good! Any updates on though? Im still wondering if the ring around the lowbeam can hold up to the heat.
