What kind of bulbs are these?

Well here is the link to the pic, someone tell me what these are and where to get them. I am thinking they are blue LED lights, the 194 bulb, but just want to make sure.

^agreed. why buy this "cool" bulb thats asking for a fix-it ticket. i'd personally go with an super white or hyper white bulb. save you the trouble

because here, if I get a ticket, I just change it out and go to court and they just dismiss it so I am not concerned.

he wont show up, here when you go to court and you show them that you fixed it, they just dismiss the case. he will show up unless I plead not guilty but I dont cause I already know I will get it dismissed.

Mine is the super white single bulb LED, think its 194, $7 shipped from ebay. As you can see my reflecting mirrors are pretty much useless now.
