what is the brightest (and/or blueish), whitest, street legal, and fits to stock healight assembly halogen bulbs?
for PIAA owner...
Xtreme White, Super WHite, Ion Crystal, Super Plasma, Plasma blue:
Which is the best? (whitest (blueish), wattage)
Are those bulbs (all of em), street legal?
concerning the fact that they are 4150K?
