Sylvania silverstars
I wouldnt really advise using the radio shack l.e.d's. go the http://www.thezeb.com an then click on VARAD, they have led kits that come with the resistors and they are REALLY bright.

i have piaa h4 xtreme white. i love them but the only thing i dislike is the performance of it in the rain. does anyone else have this problem?

Most people with PIAA, including a friend of mine, has had them burn out in a few months. Stick with major brands like philips, sylvania, etc. I've had my sylvania cool blues last about 2 years.

Problems with piaa like mentioned before is that they really suck when it rains, barely see the road. secondly yeah sometimes the bulbs burn out quickly but so far mine has lasted a year now.
I also like my Silverstars - they're whiter (a little) and brighter (definitely) than stock. I got mine at AutoZone for 19.99 each, then I saw them a week later at Pep Boys for 22.99 a set after rebate.
